We have completed the enhancement and restoration project of the Cassero tower in Cantalice, Rieti.
The intervention includes the recovery of the underground cistern-dating back to the 11th century-and the restoration of the tower above, which was remodeled in the 16th century to resist new firearms.
Upon completion of the work, visitors will be able to tour the interior of the defensive structure and, by means of a spiral staircase, access the summit terrace.
